What to check before reserving a property.

Before paying a reservation deposit, get the unit details and transaction terms in writing. This guide helps you organise questions for your advisor and the professionals reviewing your purchase.

Gather these details before reserving.

  1. The exact unit. Development, community, number, variant, orientation and the floor plan for that specific home or condo.
  2. Measurements. Distinguish lot, built area, interior area and terraces. A model’s marketing figure can differ from the selected unit.
  3. What is included. Request written specifications for the kitchen, closets, air conditioning, appliances, parking and furniture. Showroom photos do not replace that list.
  4. Price and payment schedule. Request a dated quotation specifying currency, validity, discount conditions and payment dates. Verify the receiving account and beneficiary through a trusted channel.
  5. Reservation and refunds. Review the amount, reservation period, document you will receive, and cancellation or refund conditions before transferring money.
  6. Delivery and progress. Confirm the expected date, construction status, handover process and how outstanding items are documented.
  7. Costs and condominium rules. Ask about maintenance fees, included services, and rules on use, pets and rentals. Request a closing-cost estimate for your transaction.
  8. Transaction review. Have the professionals assisting you review the contracts and property documentation before committing.

If buying from another country, request documents you can review carefully, confirm how the transaction would be signed and get advice for your situation. Do not assume the process or financing will be identical to your home country.

Buyer preparation guide. Legal, tax and financial review should be handled by the professionals involved in your transaction.

Questions for your viewing.

Are these prices available today?

References come from a dated price list. Luis will confirm the unit, availability and current terms before preparing a quotation.

Does a larger lot mean a larger garden?

Not necessarily. Check how the lot is divided between the home, parking and outdoor areas of the specific unit.

Can I offer short-term rentals?

Request written rental rules for the community and unit. A floor plan or brochure does not establish permission or expected rental income.

Can you help me in English?

Yes. Luis García at Inmoxel can help in English or Spanish to compare options and coordinate a viewing.
